Stardew Valley is a single-player role-playing video game developed by ConcernedApe and published by Chucklefish Games. The player takes control of a civilian, who was recently forced to move to a new town due to a job change. The player inherits their grandfather's rundown farm, which includes an old, run-down house and a neglected farm. The player eventually restores the farm to its former glory, and can choose to become a farmer, marry one of the town's NPCs, or explore the mines and earn some extra cash.
