Google's New timeOS Extension Lets You Conveniently Manage Meeting Details

Sometimes, it can be quite a challenge to manage an online meeting. And even having received an invitation in advance, you can get confused in all the information shortly before the start and miss important information. Magical solved this problem with the timeOS app for Google, which will show all the information about the upcoming meeting on all your tabs.

The extension works very simply. Immediately after installation, which will take a few minutes, the user will need to log in to their Google account in order to synchronize the calendar of events. Immediately after the end of synchronization, all information about the upcoming meeting will be displayed on each new tab. To join a meeting, it will be enough to press CMD / Ctrl + J or click on the notification that pops up a minute before the meeting starts.

Also, timeOS will add a Notes section in new tabs, which is available after the CMD/Ctrl + I shortcut. Here the user will be able to both synchronize information from the Google calendar and independently enter the data that will be required at the upcoming meeting.

Magical is not going to stop at the current stage of timeOS. Its goal is to make meetings as convenient as possible. At the moment, a number of large investors have been attracted, including Homeward Ventures, ORR Partners, Aviv Growth Partners, Ibex Investors, and Resolute Ventures, which have already financed the project for $6 million. The main idea behind timeOS is to make organization and meeting details more accessible. The modern rhythm of life requires an economical use of time and Magical wants to help people who are busy with their project to better organize their workflow.

Have you already used the timeOS Extension? What else do you think can be added to the application to make it more convenient? Please share your thoughts with others in the comments.
